We grew from 3 to 10. Gut feeling stopped working.
We started as three self-employed developers with two projects and Toggl. Capacity planning was a hallway conversation, and it worked fine.
Then we became five, seven, ten — with fifteen projects running at once. Suddenly we had to track holiday balances, public holidays and statutory leave across every country we work in, real time accounts. We were firefighting, planning by gut, with no idea how much runway was left for our own products.
No tool on the market did all of it. So we built onda — first for absences, then capacity, then cash-flow, then tasks. Today the whole team opens it every morning. And they love it.
